They will depose her on camera, she completed the fifth all she wants before the pardon, then she gets pardoned and mysteriously has an accident. Her video will be admissible and she will not be able to be asked questions about anything. That's the smartest move and more than likely what will happen.

That's not quite true. They lose the self-incrimination protections for the pardoned crime(s), but can still plead the fifth if their testimony would possibly implicate them in other, unpardoned state or federal crimes.
Also, you're putting way too much faith in SCOTUS upholding precedent when they've shown us they will disregard precedent or law if it advances their fascist agenda.

Zero doubt in my mind if they're planning on a pardon it means any under oath testimony situations have already been accounted for.

They cant plead the 5th but it seems like accepting a pardon affects your memory. When questioned, they usually "cannot recall" what happened.

There are always potential other crimes that your testimony could be used for. Likewise, he can't pardon state crimes which... Are usually also violated when you broke federal ones.

But it wont matter because she can't be charged. Catching someone in a lie works in court because it hurts their credibility and increases the chances they go to prison. If they don't have that as a consequence, they can just claim amnesia and there is no pressure to comply.

Well, they're pardoned for the original charges, but can still be charged with perjury as a separate charge

Hence the "I do not recall". They say that specifically because it's an easy out from a perjury charge. If you throw some evidence thinking you will jog their memory, they can just maintain "I do not recall" and there is jack shit you can do about it legally if they have been pardoned.
