I grew up with dogs. My husband didn't. He was emotionally distant at first, didn't even want to walk with us.
Now. They are inseparable. Husband can't leave for work without a 5 min cuddle session. He always takes the lead on walks. Our block isn't 'stimulating' enough for a dog. We drive out to parks and conservation areas.
Cody is the first dog my husband loves, and he'll always be my baby boy.
