There is a correlation, yes. But would the same chart separated between men and women show that it’s also a gender issue?

Without even bothering to check it, i would guess so. Men are on average my foolhardish. Quite likely women follow rules+get vaccinated more

Actually yes. Some social factors, along with the old differences in risk analysis, plus women have in general more active immune systems.
