About to head out to the woods for a few days.

I use a Camelbak BFM.
Weighs about 35lbs most of the time but I add and take things off and out depending on what I do with it.
it has a 100 oz internal water reservoir and lots of molle webbing and junk, also a huge fan of multicam.

30F goose down sleeping bag (doesn’t usually get very cold down here). I stretch a camo headband around it so it blends in more with the rest of the pack.

overloaded IFAK with lots of gauze, tape, a tourniquet, medical shears blah blah blah

right side pouches are where I keep my cordage, I also have a ferro rod, a sam splint and an emergency sleeping bag.

I keep my left side pouches empty most of the time but I might put magazines or boxes of .22 or .270 ammo depending on what I plan on hunting if I even do so.

small pouch has like all my small tools and random junk like fire starters, snacks, a multi-tool, compass, some allergy medicine and ziplock bags and stuff.

top pouch has a folding saw, rain poncho (that i’ll probably only ever use as a roof for my shelters), a life straw water filter thing (I don’t trust the straw tbh but came free with something I just put it in there) and some chemlights.

Bushknife, y'know for making stuff out of sticks and junk. I don't carry a tent with me so this and the folding saw is especially important for helping to make shelter.

Large pocket has what I think is the most important piece of gear which is my 2-set of pots for boiling water (I also have a stainless steel water bottle that I can also use to boil water but it starts out filled already). Besides that I also keep a few sets of socks, shirts and underwear, a water proof jacke,t TP and toiletries. I like fatty foods like nuts for my pack since they have more calories per gram than anything else I figure they probably got the most bang for the weight.

Like the title says i'm planning on heading out for a few days just to practice some bushcraft. I don't really need all of this for just a few days but I want to see what I really need or don't need so I can adjust my pack and just to see what I need to improve on as an outdoorsman.
If anyone has suggestions for gear they think I should add or replace or what my pack doesn't need i'd love to hear it. Wish me luck, i'll post pics!

Edit: oh geez, guess I made viral or whatever. Well I was just planning on having this album to link in the description of the album I was going to make of pics of my trip so I hope that gets a lot of views too because I think that will be more interesting. Thanks for all the advice, and yeah I know it's a lot of stuff for just a few days but like I said i'm just doing a run through the woods to see what junk I really shouldn't even bother with.
