Idk about Sweden but I live in Colorado and during the winter I'll start crying when I go outside due to how the sun's reflection

In Norway we have special film/screens to put on windows for that specific reason. Reflects bright light and heat.

True, however male reindeer drop their antlers in the winter and start to grow them back in the spring. Females keep theirs until spring.
And thus, Santa's reindeers are all female.
