I got offered!
I accepted one offer already and now another offer came in, which is a bit troubling.
Basically one provides stable work, suitable for family-oriented people. The new offer is more challenging, and more risky, while the pay isn't much higher.
I'm super confused and still don't know which one I should go for. But hey, 1st world problem!
And guys, both of these positions are more challenging than anything I've worked for, so DO APPLY FOR POSITIONS WHERE YOU'RE NOT QUALIFIED FOR 100% because companies look for room to growth, willingness to learn and ability to apply prior experience to new challenges.

Go with the stable one. A little extra pay will probably balance out in taxes anyway, and you'll appreciate the security after years w/o.

Yes. I'm drawn to challenges but that is one of the risks with the new one. The pay isn't in my consideration at all.

I emailed risky one and asked about the termination cause they had (fire at will). I stated that the compensation doesnt outweigh the risk >

Next day, they withdrew their offer. No explanation about the termination cause either. I guess fate has a way.
