Compared to ME1 ME2 was just a glorified corridor shooter. The "YOU WIN" screen at the end of each mission was particulary annoying.

People always say that but idk why. The inventory system, mako, and combat all sucked. Story was ok but not significantly better than 2.

I feel like ME1 was superior in everything, except for combat. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I prefer the combat from ME2 & 3

I player ME2 first and probably because of this I hated the first one when I went back to play it The combat threw the whole game off for me

no I agree as well. a mix of both worlds would have been amazing. plus the unskippable elevator rides made me cringeeee
