You can take a picture of anyone standing in public. You have no expectation of privacy in public. Saying where he was going would be invasion of privacy though.

It's broadly legal, yes. But that doesn't contradict anything I said. Indeed, I have no desire to use a transportation service whose workers are likely to post my likeness and location publicly. If *you* want your every move broadcast to the world, you may feel free to do so.

If i looked like that, I wouldn't be surprised if people took pictures of me. He knows what he's doing. Nobody cares about what I look like or where I go. But if they want to take my picture in public, have at it.

Legally yes. Morally, it's incredibly shitty to take photos of your customers/clients and post them on the Internet for whatever reason.

Meh. Agree to disagree. He's in public, I see no moral issue with taking a picture. In your car, or at their home? I agree. But that's not what this is.

I hope that's how people treat you

Take pictures of me in public? They absolutely can and I wouldn't mind. I wouldn't be one of those Karen's that comes up and demands they delete it and threaten to sue. Naw. If I don't want my picture taken, I'll just leave.
