Complain to management about her in the most honest and sincerest of ways, sighting that I've been a repeat and well known frequent customer of their fine washing establishment and believe that this act of petty passive-aggressiveness does not the reflect the best standards of a practical for-profit establishment but is also not the best societal standards of human decency. Then, when they don't do anything about it, I throw a rock through her car window in the parking lot.
