The right side (AMPTP) is written by SAG-AFTRA with some pretty biased descriptions of the counter offer. The anger is justified but I think releasing it with actual counter offer text would have been even more damaging. That said, there is no bias when it just says "Rejected' for basic human decency requests!

I like how almost every background actor provision was rejected, especially the be treated same everywhere. The studios know if that passes then they would lose out on so much when filming in places like GA.

I did. Even the longer words. One that cropped up repeatedly was "rejected". That is rarely an element in compromise or an honest negotiation.

I'm making a lot less now than I did 3-4 years ago with inflation. Inflation has pushed back my purchasing power back to what I made in about 2014-2015. When we complained management said they can't give us bigger raises because they're waiting to see if a recession happens

It's not happened in our industry. We're busier than ever, and keep getting busier. Record profits and revenue for our location. But we get the same tiny raises every year. I'd leave but I'm stuck here because of my mom's health issues.
