The Submit button is covering the box you need to click
you cannot submit the form without clicking the box
Trying to Tab/Enter to click the box behind the submit button doesn't work
To top it off, if you go to the contact page to report the problem the SAME ISSUE exists there too, so it blocks you from reporting it too!

Use the inspect tool to hide the submit button until verification is completed, then hit submit. right click, inspect, type display:none;
