Hello, all my Little Lebowski Urban Achievers!!! Once again, The Dude at Cons has a plethora of photos to share with you - this time, from last weekend’s ComiCon in Minneapolis, MN - Twin Cities Con! Due to the number of photos, I will make one post for the celebrity panels, and a separate one for the cosplays!!!

First, I got selfies with two Guest Celebs. Marc Summers was the host of the Nickelodeon Game Show, Double Dare! This one was more for my son who couldn’t make it to the Con….
My son graduated this spring as a Theater Major. A couple years ago, he took a trip to NYC to see some shows on Broadway. At the time, Marc was doing a One-Man Show about his life and Double Dare. He wrote “To Drew! To My Favorite Contestant…”
While in line for his NYC show, my son had his name entered for a chance to participate in a Double Dare-type contest at the end of the show. He ended up winning….then got slimed! Marc absolutely loved hearing my son’s story!
Next was Giancarlo Esposito!!! Being a huge fan of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul (not to mention The Mandalorian), I was eager to meet Gustavo Fring!!!
I asked if he had ever seen The Big Lebowski. Thankfully, he had! I asked if he would do the honor of holding Donny as Gus Fring for our photo. He was happy to oblige.
I then asked if we could take just a normal picture with us smiling. Thanks, Giancarlo!!!

This gal came running over asking if she could get her photo taken with The Dude! We asked “Which one???” She exclaimed “BOTH!!!”
This is what made me come up with the term “A Dude Sandwich!”
I think The Dude is going to pick up knitting as a hobby…

He's been doing an autobiographical one-man show on Broadway, and he's just getting into doing the Cons - he said this was like his 5th one so far, and he absolutely loves meeting the fans!

SPOILERS - their friend dies near the end of the movie, and they get pissed at how expensive an Urn is, so they put their buddy's ashes in a Folger's coffee can.

Ahhh. It has been like 2 decades since I saw the movie. I first tried to watch it when it hit Blockbuster in the 90s but my dad heard all the swearing and told me I had to take it back and wasn't allowed to see it in his house. Talk about seeing what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps
