No, that's how insurance treats YOU. Corporations don't have to deal with that.

The way I understand it, business insurance is more like a percentage of the damages. So the corpo pays 25% the insurance pays 75%. Or smtn

Insurance will also become unavailable for those types of corporate entities. It will only take a few corporate insur. payouts, and 'Nope!'
