Leucism too. Leucistic animals – also called a blond morph in case of mammals – lack varying degrees of pigmentation and some can look remarkably like albinos. E.g., white horses are typically leucistic, not albinistic. But only true albinos have the trademark light blue or pink eyes (depending on light conditions. Pink due to blood vessels behind the iris, blue due to the Tyndall scattering of light as it passes through the stroma).

Yeah, I could still tell that it was a raccoon, if it was albino it wouldn't have its little bandit mask and I'd be like "wtf is that?" Though I suppose the litter of trash panda babies trailing behind would be a massive clue.

How are Tyndall scattering and Rayleigh scattering different?

The only thing I remember off the bat is that Rayleigh scattering occurs in the atmosphere and the Tyndall effect in certain liquids. Time to ask a search engine, which says that R. scattering is caused by molecules such as O2 that are smaller than the wavelengths of the visible light spectrum, whereas T. scattering occurs in colloids (particles larger than air molecules dispersed in another medium such as a liquid or smoke).
