My nephew told me he was having a issue with his laptop. This is what it ended up saying. I already tried the BIOS menu and legacy option and got nothing. I'm trying to figure out of I missed something or maybe where to get a copy of Windows 10 and just reinstall from that. Any advice would be helpful. Thank u

Either the hard drive is corrupted. You probably need to reformat it and reinstall windows. You can get a copy of Windows 7 or 8 pretty (1)

Easy and then just upgrade to windows10
