Hello all,
I'm having some issues wiring my HS200 into a wall receptacle where there's 2 black lines and a single white line connected onto a single pole switch. There also appears to be a white/black line coupled together in the back.
I've tried connecting the two black lines from the old switch onto the live/load wires on the HS200, and the white wire onto the neutral line. But while the switch powers on, it fails to turn the associated lights on or off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I find the white with a wire nut mildly odd. Better call an a pro. That is also looks like a shallow box so I may not fit.

It also looks like the white wire, bottom left of box, has been cut. Could just be picture angle.

Line supplies voltage to the switch, load goes to the device being powered, white neutral, green is ground.

You have a little too much going on here, maybe hire a professional, it is your house and safety after all. Looks like too many wires.....

...to properly fit new switch in that box anyway. The white wire on switch has to be power or would trip breaker every time.
