I have a theory that nearly everyone likes at least one weird-ass combination of foods from when they were a kid that is so normal to THEM that they don't realize it's weird without some real introspection about it. Mine is a PB&J using Welch's grape jelly, and some sour cream and onion potato chips in the mix for crunch and flavor. I know it's heinous, but to me it still sounds good.
All that to say, biased though I may be, you should give grape jelly a try! It's great.
