#1 I have been watching LegalEagle on YT for years now because he provides good factual information on legal aspects on many topics and even with the worst issues he has remained calm and professional.
The full video has him almost break down crying at several points and this shook me. It has become so bad in the US that even professionals can't hold back anymore.

One thing they are currently doing is removing people from voter registration citing they are illegals. They are not illegals but normally people that tend to vote Democrat.
Always check if you are still listed as a voter. You are never safe.

They want to know voters voting history so they know who to go after to make sure they vote the government approved way or don't vote at all. Minnesota is a huge issue for the Republican voter base. They have a lot of Republican voters there but not enough to have any semblance of control over the state. Knowing how voters are voting would allow them to change that.

In this Alex Pretti case the situation is as clear as day meaning no explanation is needed. It is such a serious case to murder an ICU nurse who was only there to help other.
So at the end he is only human with feelings about this pointless and unnecessary death.

Fighting the foot soldiers (ICE) won't fix or stop anytning. All it will serve to do is ensure exponentially more deaths. ICE are just as expendable as everyone else to this administration. They are a means to an end and once they've served their purpose they will be discarded. People must fight the leadership directly. History tells us that nothing will get better until the war they are trying to start reaches them directly.

Yeah, I remember him being a quite unpolitical channel for interested laymen and law nerds, who would like to learn about the subtleties of all the complicated legal proceedings of the US system or when he tore apart some superficial belief about law and showed how things really work.
His vids becoming more and more bleak and "Why this is absolutely how it should NOT work" when covering the Trump admin's legal escapades has been increasingly worrying over the years.

Thing is, I'm not sure it is political for him - he's a GIANT law nerd, and he's taking issue with the breakdown of the legal protections and the system - the channel's not doing anything different from before, they are still explaining about the laws and legal implications of recent news stories but the current environment has it all revolve around the constant lawbreaking of the current US Admin.
