Not all teachers are veterans. I have only shot a gun a handful of times since getting out in 2014.

I'd rather not argue wether or not veterans are fit for the job. It's better to discuss if having armed guards is even the right solution.

We could make local community programs where veterans put their names in to do the volunteer duty, who then are checked for competentcy.
