Gotta give credit to that good dog helping out too
CiaranMcHale
As a home-educating parent, this seems like a good learning opportunity for the children.
stingingnettlegurlL7
Dog: helping!!
LordOfZajo
Uh uh. No. Wrong. This makes them a military target and eligible for attack. Get those children far as hell away from that ASAP.
dontrike
Yeah 'cause I hear Putin will spare them and definitely won't do anything to them.
copingcabana
Dog: "I suggest we roll it in some Russian poop for added camouflage?"
YourFriendlyNeighborhoodPartyPooper
I love the singing, all attempts at morale boosting, all led by the people.
scottEkarate
Russia is gonna lose. And we're all gonna have the best fucking time laughing at Putin's sorry ass
override367
it's wild to see an entire nation united in common purpose against an enemy that doesnt even know why they're fighting

Like 40 recent comments from this clown read the same thing. They do not like things that make Ukraine look sympathetic.
madbydesign
I know Imgur has a thing about sources but this is something anybody could find in seconds:
This is not a news agency, it is an image based social media. Find your own source.
VinnyVeritas
I've heard tales of this concept "working together to save your country". I wonder if the fucking Republicans in our Congress would do it?
somerandomusernamething
Nah there is no profit in that. No point.
ALpBeck
Ha!
They won't even wear a goddamned mask; If Russia invaded the US, republicans would start shooting Americans.
prodmerc
I mean, they always seem to say it's the US/west/NATO's fault that Russia invaded
SirBobby98121
They haven't yet.
meskarune
The liberals aren't either or things would be changed by now. The US govis completely broken.
slinkiisu
Nah, the GOP standard is to demand compromise and then pull further to the right, demand more compromise, pull further right...
jj86
It is winter time. White and gray might be more appropriate.
AoShin
If you look at the Ukranian landscape at the moment, there is no snow, so white and grey would be inappropriate.
Nacon
While true, but I believe these are for long term placement, like a base or tent... which need to be in that color. Snow will snow over it.
It's the troop uniform that need to be white/grey to adapt with the season.
The only thing that could make this better is if they made some of the torn-up rags from captured Russian uniforms.
AnAverageBoxEnthusiast
What will they wipe their asses with???
LizLittle
The same soldiers' faces
Idontneedrealfacts
It would be made WAY better if they didn't have to do it at all :(
itsnotme01
That’s exactly what they’re using there.
tarptastic
This is what I choose to believe.

Well… when supplies start running low..
polarbearbaby
Why wait?

Well those uniforms already failed as camouflage once already...

Definitely defeats the purpose when they're either soaked in red or charred black.

Tear up your local russian soldiers today

Those little kids, wtf do you tell them? And why do republicans side with Putin/Russia and not side with kids who are making camo nets?
CaptainAsshat

TheWombatStrikesAgain
Do these kids look like they're still in their mothers uterusses?
lilimwings
Tell them. My parents were children in VN during the war, I learned about it in 2nd grade, and saw pictures in books. War is uncomplicated.
Fight for your freedom against the oppressor, that what they are telling the kids.
witheredspoon
GOP is sponsored by Russia
plasticdeer
ukrainian-canadian here. they've told us about all kinds of war shit w/ russia, about nazis & world war 2 etc VERY early. it's uncomplicated

The truth.

Republicans got a lot of money from Russia. The NRA was a funnel for foreign money. Trump also got a lot of money directly from Russia.
aquaArt
Republicans not only side with Russia, they did several invasions themselves. Iraq is the most recent invasion.
superkp
You tell them that someone might come to take their home and maybe kill them. You tell them the net helps the people trying to protect you.
Taxicat
You tell the kids you’re doing a fun arts and crafts project to help keep the country safe, so you can go home someday.
I mean, WTF do Republicans in the US care or give one F if Russia expands into Ukraine? It's like, as we've seen so much /1
it's not about any standard or value or anything consistent or moral. It's about seeing every situation and endeavoring to respond in /2
the most inhuman way possible. IT's a death cult; /3
parabolic000
You tell them that this helps uncle Taras and cousin Kazymyr stay safe, and that they're brave and doing a good job. Kids are as resilient-
as they are malleable, but provided with age-appropriate context and a shield from the worst of it provided by their parents and community--
they won't really realize anything's out of the ordinary. Honestly, working on something like this, even if boring and repetitive, alongside
adults and treated as at worst helpers and at best equals? Absent the backdrop of shelling, invasion, and war crimes it might be good for-
the young to join with others in a collective community exercise. I got distracted, but that's what you say to kids in that situation.
somebodythatyouusetoknow
Republicans have never cared about kids. They stop being politically exploitable at birth.
MonkeyJohn
They do care about kids, but only those in their overseas sweatshops, because more profits.
QT3pt141592653
So...it's not the kids they care about, its the exploitable and replaceable workforce. In their eyes, the kids are assets...and that's it.
RandomnessSlayer
"They do care about kids" ... then ya qualify it to be via the transitive property, which implies "care" is a red herring, they don't really
Kuvajainen
This is awesome! I would be less than useful in an actual combat but I'd be ready to cook my ass off and harness my somewhat impressive/
I would be great at keeping track of information, at least. Who’s got what, how much of each thing do we have, who needs what, etc.
That's very very useful in such situation! Someone has to know what to do with which items and where they are!
Skills in arts and crafts, among other things. I would only evacuate my country if my young nieces needed me more.
Kaitaro
Every team needs someone to play support! <3
And to be clear: I'm a finnish woman. I wouldn't be fit to fight because my legs are useless. But there's a lot more to do in a war!
Punkrockpearl
Honestly, knowing how to cook meals for a ton of people is a good skill to have, especially if you can do it outside & give instruction.
HeRulesWithARubberFist
I emailed my Gov. to do just that in the event we get refugees! - I cook for a living
You rule!
I try to be helpful!
I'm merely a homecook, but I know how to make some decent grub on a campfire and for a large group of people. At least I can peel potatoes!
Also giving instructions is what I do for living, I'm an assistant project manager. It means I have no authority but I have to get my peers/
Or team mates to do what I tell them to do anyway. I think it might be valuable skill too!
Arts & crafts are wartime skills. Landmine or dinner plate? Ground support or dummies and cardboard cutouts?v
Well, I think they might come in handy when making camouflage like in the post or improvising bandages etc in a tough place.
Yep. I wasn't disagreeing with you. Support roles are as important as combat roles.
Sorry, I misread your first comment! Thanks for correcting!
