Court records identify the man as Arthur Lundeen, a Tucson resident who was aboard American Airlines Flight 618.
The flight departed Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and was headed to Newark when a passenger disturbance prompted the crew to divert to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
12News also reached out to Long Realty, a real estate company with which Lundeen was previously associated. The company said Lundeen is no longer associated with the business.

“While real estate agents are independent contractors, the appropriate conduct of anyone associated with Long Realty is paramount to us. To that end, the individual in question is no longer associated with Long Realty,” the company said in a statement.
