Former PM and current douchebag Tony Abbott was headbutted recently. Because we are in the middle of an idiotic exercise of being surveyed by post to see if we want marriage equality (instead of just reversing the legislative change done by former PM John Howard back in 2004 that limited it to opposite sex only), there is heated arguments happening across the media.
The headbutter (on the left) had a "Yes" badge which has the No voters all pointing and saying "See, told you they were the bad guys!" (ignoring 100 years of history of gay bashing). On the other hand, it was Tony Abbott, so I can understand a desire to headbutt him.
It's my cake day, and I'm wasting my post on this because I don't have the time to chase all my cats around getting nice pictures.

I feel like there are precious few politicians these days that people wouldn't mind headbutting if they ever got the opportunity.

I would say there's an alarmingly high amount of politicians that people are willing to beat to near death if they could too
