Duckworth was the Ford engineer who designed the Ford-Cosworth Double Four Valve (DFV) engine, the most successful engine in Formula 1 history, which debuted in the Lotus 49.

Sears Point, Sonoma, CA

A wheel nut came loose at the 2014 Historic Monaco Grand Prix, and the car went into the wall at Saint Devote. Luckily, the tub was not permanently damaged, and Classic Team Lotus was able to fully repair the car.
