Brownie batter (kinda)

Ever felt like sitting down and eating an entire bowl of brownie batter? Well it's not really brownie batter but it definitely has the consistency and tastes like it.

Yeah I don't think regular brownie batter has 44 g of protein in it, but this is pretty cool :-)

I've never heard of silken tofu. Is it supposed to be an egg replacement?

Silken tofu is a type of tofu that has a softer, smoother texture compared to regular tofu. It's often used in vegan recipes as a substitute for dairy products due to its creamy consistency. While it can sometimes be used as an egg replacement in certain recipes, it's more commonly used in things like smoothies, desserts, and sauces. For example, it can make a great base for a vegan chocolate pudding 😁
