Some CIA guy said that general caine left early because during a meeting about Iran trump started rambling incoherently about "needing to be remembered for all of history" and started entering the nuclear codes, caine wrestled it out of his hands and left the meeting early before trump's handlers and the secret service had to remove him from the meeting because he was being disruptive after that. The end of the article is disgusting. The author just had to toss in some fear-mongering against Iran. "They have the technology that would allow them to one day make a nuclear weapon." So... they don't have one.
