since the start of the summer i was really unhappy with my weight, i was around ~192 and i was starting to grow out of my favorite clothes and i REALLY didn't want to buy new jeans. so i put myself on a diet and over these 4 months i've dropped down to 168 which im proud of. its not ideal for me yet so im going to keep at it.
i personally dont care what the number says of what i look like, but my motivation for it was to keep all the clothes that I love and have value to me.
all i did was heavily cut what i was eating. my standard routine was 1 bowl of cereal in the morning w/ whole milk. 1 peanut butter sandwhich for lunch. and i served up my normal plate of dinner and literally just put half back knowing i didn't need that much to feel full at all. and ofc, whenever i found myself in the kitchen i just told myself " im not hungry im thirsty, damn those media companies for making me think thirst = hunger! " and drank a glass of water instead. of "im bored not hungry, back to computer!"
and today when i put on my favorite pair of jeans they were comfortable again so I'm happy today :)
ps im 23yr old guy and im 5'7, i figure i should be closer to ~155, so thats my new goal.

i feel ya, definitely skimping on veggies/fruits, but the goal is minimal effort, maximum results, not to get fit or build up.
