Our (now) behemoth anemone was struggling badly when we first integrated him into our tank. We almost threw him out because we thought he was a goner. Now he's huge, beautiful, and wanders all over his tank

Anemone typically wander when upset. Judging from the red Cyanobacteria in your tank your nitrates are high. I’d do some water changes.

I’ve had good luck shaking out the crap in the live rock. Use a 5 gallon bucket of used water from the tank, submerge the rock, 1/

Shake the rock clean, replace the water with new water as part of a water change. Don’t forget to let the dirty water settle & rescue crabs

I hear ya! If you usually have it under control I’d look for a dead snail or some other bio matter decomposing. That or over feeding.

I just noticed you also have a bristle worm issue. They are a pain. You have to feed minimum. to starve them out. Fish are tough. Feed 1/
