Oh you mean you don't get to just abuse a kid for your final iteration

Before your parents were born, it was common to have "extra" kids due to child mortality, and "them beans aren't going to tend themselves".

Incorrect. The most middle child thing is making a big deal about how there won't be any middle children

Is anyone really going to notice when they go extinct? Sincerely, an only child

My middle child brother is kind of a jerk, though.

No one noticed us then, why would they care now?

They still exist, we just forgot about them

Man, I wish there were 3 of us because I don’t contact my brother. I needed a buffer to deal with his ass.

The harshest truth I have is "Your opinions on yourself will never be accurate due to personal bias, so you cannot know yourself."

Yes, we have an asymptotic relationship to all truths.

That’s true but also, nobody else can ever truly know us because they all have their own perceptions of us.

Society is not my personal responsibility. I am not the health of the nation.

I’m going to start saying “society is not my personal responsibility” as a new mantra. I think my life just got better.

Genuinely curious, what prompted you to comment this? Seems like a non sequitur.

And people wonder why America is such a shit hole and other countries are following suit. Don't be a dick, say please and thank you, and build the community you want to see. Society is defined by how we treat each other. It'd be more apt to say that you're not society's responsibility, but that'd be a pretty shitty society to live in.

But you are! In the same way a cell can represent the health of the body. If you amd those around you are doing well and so are those in your situation far from you then that part is good! Its when yhe select few cells only care about themselves that the body dies from renal failure even though the pinky toe was perfectly healthy. Make sure your happy and healthy and your not impeding those around you. If we collapse cause cancer took hold then perhaps it was for the best of this nation.

Don’t forget that sickness can spread to other parts of the body as a whole. So, what started in the US can end up allll over if we aren’t careful. Which we haven’t been. And it’s seemingly in so many places around the world right now.

I am not a cell in a larger organism. I am a whole individual human being. Since I have the ability to think for my self I will. And I think I'm not responsible for society. This story about how cells are part of their bodies whole and how they live should reflect on me is just some made up superstitious shaman nonsense and I wont live my life like that no matter how compelling and artistic it sounds.
