My call finally got picked up! Sort of..

Got through at 1 hour 50 minutes, told him my issue, he put me on hold to fix it, heard a noise after a minute that sounded like I was being taken off hold, he had [accidentally?] hung up, still haven't gotten a call back despite the fact that I know he has my number on screen.
