One of the largest cherry blossom gardens in the world, with around 800 000 trees.

The location of Pingba Farm Cherry Blossom Garden 平坝农场樱花园 in Guizhou Province used to be a farm and part of a penitentiary.
Prisoners worked in the farm as part of their daily routine. In 2003 a new prison opened and replaced the penitentiary.
The 350 hectares of farm land was then rented by a company, which proceeded to plant hundreds of thousands of cherry trees on the land.
The size of the garden was gradually expanded over the next decade to 800 hectares with almost 800,000 trees.
