Sometimes, but Minnesota probably isn't it. Cali and NYC, it would be just getting by. However, there are UPS drivers putting in overtime and having seniority making $100k/year. They didn't get there quickly, probably 20 years of working for UPS and hitting all the their targets. Of course, your body isn't going to be thanking you for putting in all that overtime. You will feel like the oldest 50 year old.
