Glorious RAIN! My beloved precipitation! So many people dislike the rain and I just don't understand them. All I want in my life is a heavy downpour intermittently broken up with the sounds of distant thunder but noooooo. Mister Sol has to hog all the airtime with his heat and light shtick. Such Bullshit ... Also this character is Colarix's fursona, Colarix.

I grew up in a semi-arid desert region, I *love* the rain.

I grew up some in north Texas, where rain was occasional, storms often extreme, and flash floods common. Moved to Indiana, where rain was more common, storms often extreme, and flash floods common. Now I live in upstate New York where rain is common, storms are mild, and floods can occasionally be catastrophic.
But yeah, I still love the rain. Best vibes in the world, IMO.
