I agree, but the thing to take from this is she didn't bend to them (yet at least) and publicly made a statement supporting lgbtq+ and immigrants, and made another statement saying she wouldn't apologize for it.
Unfortunately I did just look her up and apparently she said she disagrees with him strongly, but can disagree respectfully which is a trash statement. (Source is apnews idk how reliable they are).

SERIOUSLY? The Episcopal church, of which Bishop Budde is a member, is about the most open, non-judgmental, welcoming, and caring religious group in America. They clearly demonstrate the compassion and empathy that the GOP and most Christians claim to have but don't.
