Saw-Whet Owl Banding

Showing off those vicious talons.

Using a UV light to get an idea of how old the owl might be. This was very difficult to photograph but looked too cool to pass on trying.

Only one was possessed. Vowed to have vengeance against these aliens who abducted it's friends and family.

I was really surprised how tolerant they were of people petting them. Some even seemed to almost enjoy it.
