MRW 350 fryer oil shoots out of the fryer and lands on my hand
Employee was trying to grab something that dropped in the fryer and as he did oil flew out and caught my hand. Stood there for a few seconds as my finger cooked than ran to the sink.

If it was a grease fire then yes you are correct but if you read any of this it wasn't a grease fire it was a grease burn.... on my hand
