Finished product first right? All the brown panelling, except for the fireplace, I made. Also note, the camera made the wood-stain+varnish look quite uneven, but it looks perfect in person.

I attempted to re-use as much of the moulding around the middle of the room as possible. It would have been much easier to get rid of it.

Not my slippers, honest.

Slowly coming together.

Making a cupboard for the satellite and cctv boxes.

I added extra shelves after I knew I had enough spare plywood.

All finished. Again the stain+varnish looks perfect in real life. The owner also got an sparky around to tidy up all that mess of cables.

I was surprised at how well I managed to get the colour match between the new wood and the old fireplace.

The owner had the rest of the walls and doors redone a few days later, but they were in the pictures and they never said if I could post them up on the internet, so sorry you can't see that :P

Sorry but I'm going to have to see if for myself to be sure you got that stain/varnish right.

I was seduced by the dark side, I mean festool section in Ronayne tools, in Tipperary. As I they let me play about with them :)
