I don't know why they found sniper rifle* ammunition stored in a hospital, but this hasn't been fired AT the hospital, it is clearly there to be fired FROM the hospital.
I wonder what they blurred out.

It's unfired so it's definitely not one that has been "fired at the hospital". The ONLY way they would find that at the hospital is if there was a sniper shooting FROM the hospital and they didn't take all their ammo when they left.

This is most definitely an unfired 12.7x99mm (.50 cal). This can be used in both sniper rifles (Barrett M107a1) and machine guns (Browning M2).

i know very little about guns ( probably just enough to point it the right way, thanks to video games) and even i can tell this is an unfired shot... casing is still there and bullet point is not damaged from an impact...

Indeed. The copper bit at the tip is the actual bullet that gets fired, the brass contains the propellant and is discarded out the side (usually) of the gun.

M8 API cartridge. Copper jacketed with a hardened steel core and an incendiary compound in the tip to make a bright flash upon impact. Silver paint on tip is for identification purposes. The brass case holds about 235 grains of smokeless powder.

Those are those new eco-friendly bullets, 100% renewable, with no loud noises or infrastructure damage. They do have a slight decline in stopping power though.

M8 Armor-Piercing Incendiary. This was probably intended to be fired at lightly armored vehicles like a LAV. Probably not a LAV because it's Israel/Palestine, but you get it.

I mean, a gun can be made from scrap parts and it might at least fire once... From a quick Google, it looks like they've been manufacturing a clone of the Steyr HS.50 sniper rifle. Which could certainly fire that round.
