Feels like many of you need a reminder of what's in the Bill of Rights other than the 2nd.

We consider this to be due process. This is where we derive "innocent until proven guilty". If you don't agree with this, then you really should think through why you don't and understand that you are not in agreement with a fundamental truth to the US judicial system. One that many on here appear to believe doesn't matter any longer.

Too many people eschew this Constitutional Amendment in favor of that which demonizes anyone with whom they disagree.

Amen. Police, 17 year olds, protesters, etc. None are judge, jury or executioner. Even the guilty deserve due process. That's America

They deserve it but currently even the POTUS weighs in BEFORE due process is allowed to continue. Talk about prejudice. That's America now
