At least it's the main line which is the responsibility of the property company, but I'm scared about all the soaked wood under the trailer... and the soil erosion. Trailer park only allows wood blocks underneath. Absolutely going to need an inspection after this...

Ironic title considering you caught the water line break. Hope you get the kind of break you want soon!
EmeraldLight
Ahahaha, I didn’t even realize!

Do you have insurance?
EmeraldLight
Absolutely. I'm broke but my important bills are covered. Living in a trailer park without insurance is just begging for fire
charliethewizard
Could you not turn off the incoming line? There is usually a closure just after the meter.
EmeraldLight
It's an ancient trailer park and the emergency shut off is under the ground. He used a weird long tool

Sue the property company for endangerment
EmeraldLight
I wish, but unless my trailer actually breaks, there's no case

How goes it?
EmeraldLight
All fixed! There's a gaping hole in my skirting, however, and I'll worried about wood rot and soil erosion... and cost of fixing said skirting and rot... but I didn't have to pay for the pipe break!
garpolky
WOO! May it all dry out quickly and to no harm.
