It was a great game, loved every minute of it but unfortunately it's my third fav, ff7 ff9 then ff8 for me, never played any before ff7

I just loved Edea. One of the best characters ever. Really didn't like the other characters in the game though.

I liked it as well. Have been trying to play Breezy since on guitar. One of my go to calming songs.

FF8 was really good. It just didn't carry the same impact FF7 did.

It's...fine, just not one of my favorites. A messy story, messy romance, lots of ridiculous coincidences, coupled with clumsy mechanics (1)

and only a few interesting characters...eh. Squall was another moody protagonist with memory issues, but less developed than Cloud.

It had one of the coolest stories of any FF game, that said... fuck the draw system, fuck it straight to hell. FF9 is still my favorite.

FF8 was great. My second Final Fantasy, after VII, and second favorite overall.
