So on the 14 I think I screwed up my lifting some heavy boxes at work. I know, pretty tough guy injury. Any way it’s been hurting ever since. Not like throbbing pain, but when I bend it it hurts.

Mine have been hurting for 18 years... give it some time.

Either it got f’ed up, which means ask a doctor, or could be phantom which someone in the medical field can tell you about so ask a doctor..

Make sure it's not knotted muscle next to your shin. You think it's the knee but the muscle transfers pain signals.

If it's the joint or bone, not muscle or tendon, find yourself a good orthopedist. You never know when you will need them later on in life.

For me, Glucosamine/Chondroitin helps. 1500mg/1200mg daily. I've been taking it for fifteen years.

Arthritis. Meniscal tear. Many possible reasons.

Your employer has insurance to cover this sort of thing. Follow the protocol they have set at your workplace and get it checked out.

Knees take forever to heal, even without a permanent injury.

Sounds like kidney stones to me. But what do I know, I don't even play a doctor on tv.

Pro tip: don't ask for medical advice from the internet. It'll just make you think you are gonna die.

How old? I’m mid 30s just started having regular knee pain. Compression sleeves help.

Fuck, I wish you were joking but that’s the truthiest truth out there: hurt it bad enough and it will always want to hurt again.

My 70lb dog took my out at the knees, took 3 months before the swelling and pain went away. Dr said it was Bursitis and pulled tendons.

Physiotherapist assistant here! Without a proper diagnosis, it's pretty hard to say. If you damaged ligaments or cartilage... 1/

It could be quite a while before those recover.
