wtf

It isn't a double standard it is a very consistent standard. The right to use violence to enforce the social order belongs solely to them.

Wow, the Neo Nazi apologists are out in force today with their downvote brigading!

Wait, I thought the person being tried right now is the kid that had his mom drive him across state lines...

Mom didn’t drive him, gun wasn’t illegal, tune into real news for facts on this case

So the answer to what i said would be no, its not the same kid

Ahgotta love that bullshit media, all mainstream media news does is spike for ratings over actual truth or context. hence the judge’s words

I saw an article on the cover of a Wallstreet journal I delivered today that media was reporting it was 3 black men that he shot as well

In post of the trial.

This trial is going to set a terrifying precedent. I am going to self defense so many trump rallies

Ask Michael Reinoehl what happens when self defense is used against the far right.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is exactly why I'm so concerned with this trial. It will legitimize vigilantism in "self defense"

If the judge isn't shitting his pants, he doesn't understand the gravity of this situation

The judge is complicit. He allowed for jury tampering and intimidation

They got way too aggressive with the prosecution. They would have stood a chance if they went with Manslaughter as opposed to First Degree.

Kinda weird the judge won't allow the jury to view video where Kyle points his weapon to start the confrontation

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I’m sure he would have let them view such videos had they not used AI sub sampling.

Not if it convinces the jury he started it
