An idiot did this thinking it was safe. I saw the OPP post the photo along with this description:
"Just because there straps are on, doesn't mean the load is secure. OPP officers stopped this vehicle yesterday after seeing the top boxes shifting. Fortunately no one was hurt as a result of this insecure load. If you're carrying cargo, it's your responsibility to ensure that everything is properly strapped down. The consequences of the load coming loose is far greater than the time it takes to do the job right the first time."

It wasn't a cybertruck, but when I was driving home from work on Friday, a mattress flew out of the back of a truck going the opposite direction on the highway. I was able to swerve and avoid it, but if it came out like half a second earlier my car would have gotten hit by it.
