Had to buy a new Car, but with Covid-19, My town hall is closed...

Super clean, little rust, and rides like glass. The fuel gauge is a bit busted, and it's got some lights out. NBD though. So I go to get plates transferred over, but the Town hall told me to mail in the paperwork, and they'd send back the registration info. I was told the cops wouldn't stop me for lack of plates, but it felt wrong. So I employed some arts and crafts skills.
