Tenderloin with pesto gnocchi. Steak was done with garlic and green onions.
Steak with potatoes and gravy. Gravy was done in the skillet after steak with juices, basil, some pesto, butter, lawrys, and Franks.

i prefer just salt and pepper. a bit of grass fed butter on top while it rests, maybe a bit of toasted oregano (in a dry pan for about 1/2

seconds) sprinkled on about halfway through resting. Also, I suck at them, but good mushrooms with a steak are amazing

again, you cook the steak perfectly, so don't try to cover the flavor up with heavy stuff like garlic or very thick sauces. great work btw
