That looks very much like the pantry of my very german family. Except that we use REAL mustard. None of this bright yellow nonsense.

Needs variety.Black mustard, Dijon,Bordeaux,Beer, Burgundy,Cognac, even.Molasses strap mustard.Horseradish blended...yellow is just..yellow.
