I spent quite a while scrolling through cdn.imgpile.com, and I'm not sure what to make of it. An amazingly-high percentage of posts are images of women I don't recognize; no, none of it was NSFW in the slightest. It appears you can up/downvote and comment (once you have an account, of course), but I didn't see any of that actually happening.

Nope, on the main page, as you scroll down past the "upload your image here" box to reach the image gallery, top right of the gallery of pictures there are some settings. NSFW toggle, order of viewing, possibly some other options
