You made me laugh, OP lol. Here are some tips when making the mango lassi...
1) Add the cardamom a little at a time because it can taste like perfume if overdone
2) Sour yogurts like skyr work really well
3) Saffron & pistachios are top tier additions
4) Using frozen mangos + mango purée makes a big difference
5) Use a pinch of salt!
