The weird stuff I put up with as a high school math teacher...

Here is my wall of weird. Anything that I find on desks or collect I put up here. Things rotate out and kids take it upon themselves to put things up.

This was probably one of the weirdest. It's a love letter from one of my junior on a math competition feild trip. They had this weird kick of mixing up the first letter of your first and last names.

The blacked out peices of white paper just has a student name on it.

A promposal on the back of a unit circle.

I have been noticing these all over my room. I wonder when they will stop. I say nothing and let the students wonder.

I was looking for my soda for 20 minutes, found it taped like this to my desk along with candy and a note that said I won.

They just found out how to write on the calculators. Most were just funny stories, but when I teaching one day I pick up one the said "send nudes" and I had to lie to the kids to why I was laughing like a loon. Gave the student who had it last a warning.

I was absent one day and came back to this. Wasn't very happy. Culprits still at large but I have my suspicions.

As I get more, there is always more, I will post. I also have some crazy stories! Thanks for looking .
