For too long I have watched those that harm children go free of punishment. Hiding in plain site. Let me tell you one thing I know for sure. Most times, children who are sexually abused, are abused by someone they know. Someone who is supposed to protect them. Keep your children close, and talk to them about these dangers. Kids have a right to these bounderies! It makes me sad to know that there are so many out there that this is happening to. Please tell your kids that if anything like this ever happens, no matter the threat, speak up! Because those of us who do protect children will crush those predators into oblivion. #sexualassault #ChildAbusePreventionMonth

if we get rid of all the pedos, I get the feeling there will be ALOT of positions suddenly open in government

6 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 3

I'm all for this but listening to Ricky Martin is where I draw the line!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is great, but can we also out those who are responsible for harming children?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Straight edge!

Post That 70s Show, Ashton Kutcher annoyed me to no end. I've changed my tune, he seems like a legit good guy.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's great and all but i hate celebs asking for donations. How about YOU donate, some people are barely squeakin' by.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ashton is an amazing person!

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Soo... how many of YOU are actively fighting against child trafficking? Or do you just like to complain about celebrities?

Kristen Bell is lovely. From her acting to crying over sloths.

I'll watch anything with Kristen Bell

My parents did something similar. They got mad everytime, so I started lying to them as they lied to me.

My pedophile father once got a humanitarian award for his years of volunteer work in the local sporting community - they’re everywhere.

That's like my trans daughter and her father. She's terrified of coming out to him. He's been pretty horrible to her the few times he's

I've always given my kids a time when they can talk to me repercussion free. They can talk to me and tell me anything without worrying about

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Judgement or getting in trouble. Some things might get a bit of a lecture. But if I have to find out from someone else, they will get in

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Trouble (if they've done something wrong). The talks are usually to ask uncomfortable things, or air grievances.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

While I understand the sentiment, has the person who wrote that ever listened to a small child go on and on and on?

6 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 1

Yeah but they were attentive enough to the kids mental state that they could spot the difference between prattling and importance.

6 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 1

This quote is missing the most important part : "...because to them it was always the big stuff".

Great message but...the arrangement of these words bother me a lot...

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Being that this should be the DEFAULT trait of all well-adjusted humans, I think rather we should out, shame, and name those who 'support'

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the horrible atrocities against children. Not to say I don't think those that are fighting it should be ignored, just that they should be

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the standard that everyone(NOT just the famous) should aspire towards, and that those that harm (or support harming) children should be

Lets just say this. Fuck QAnon and fuck child sex trafficking.

I'm not even talking about that. Nor do I care about your shit country. But there ARE celebs against child abuse. And with them I stand.

6 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 11

So, Ed McBain is against child abuse prevention. Not everything has to be political, you shitstain.

6 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 3

Isn't.. Isn't this about notable people that are against human trafficking?

Why do you rely on celebrities to do stuff?

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Because they have the audience and the ability to motivate millions of fans. What do you have?...

I agree completely!! :)

6 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

If anyone tells you that you should keep a secret from your parents, agree that you will. Then, when they're gone, tell your parents.

6 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Also teach children to scream "I don't know this person/not my mom/not my dad" if they are in trouble. Because this way people>>

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

will most likely react instead of ignoring what they perceive as a typical child behavior or tantrum

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Obviously that requires us adults to fight through our fear, embarrassment apathy and anxiety and actually Help

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Approach a situation calmly and ask a child not an adult. It's better to make a fool of yourself then risk a child's life

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

This, but I’m also going to teach my kids how to fight and kick guys in the nuts

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Also teach your kids the real words for their genitals and body parts so they aren’t embarrassed to talk about them

6 years ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 1

Yes. Got into that a bit with a user who got really upset about gender identity. 1 of my concerns was abuse

6 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

That’s why you can use language such as “person with a period” or “person with a penis” To teach about those differences and be inclusive

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Some people use the acceptance of modern day society to run from problems, the person you were talking to could have experienced abuse and >

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

therefore did not want to accept or face things that would perhaps make them experience bad memories/thoughts.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They all have millions to donate, I don't

6 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 18

Which is better. One celebrity donating a million dollars, or a million regular people donating $2.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Then don’t donate millions. Donate your time, whatever relevant skill you have, or even just a dollar and tell other people to help

6 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

It's about awareness. And the lessons to teach kids in order to protect them and keep them safe.

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

You don't have to donate millions. Donate $5 once to a charity. Speak out when you hear people saying ignorant things or doing something

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wrong. Volunteer if you're able to. Vote in every election, no matter how small. Every action counts towards helping someone in need.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have 0 money, and am too disabled to reliably volunteer anywhere. I vote on everything, donate a few $ here and there, and speak out

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Whenever I see or hear people doing wrong. It's not much, but it's what I can do. I also write to my legislature and reps about what needs

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To change. If enough people did that, it would change things.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Kids in ICE facilities have been suffering countless abuses as well; this is a good time to speak up for them too

6 years ago | Likes 103 Dislikes 8

Honestly think that short-term, that is the gong to be banged right now. We'll never get our priorities straight with these clowns in power

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Agreed. God does that organization need to be investigated. Even the shit they’ve been public about is an affront to human rights.

6 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 1

She cries about sloths. And she married a guy that looks like the star of a rom-com that never had a chance with Kristen Bell.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Oooh she's the sloth lady? :O now I remember her. https://youtu.be/t5jw3T3Jy70

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

She has previously had a bit of a close relationship with PETA, who are pricks, other than that can’t think of anything.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Shouldn't everyone be against child trafficking? Like how is this not just the baseline?

6 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 2

Every normal person IS against human trafficking in general. Thats the baseline. Scumbag pieces of shit aren't.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because humanity is fucked up

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

People's opinions do fuck-all to change things. What they do, what they contribute, how they fight is what matters.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They didnt say "only those celebrities are against it", it was "those celebrities are openly fighting it". As in, they are openly putting /1

6 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

in time, effort and money towards it by investing in charities, speaking up frequently and so on. Anyone can say they are against it, not /2

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

everyone acts upon it. That is not to say that everyone other than those people listed isnt against it, however. /3

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

They specified emphasised that they were the few celebrities campaigning against trafficking.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Read it again. They specificed "OPENLY fighting against". It means what I said, that they are actively taking actions against it, but it /1

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I’ll probably be downvoted to hell for this one, but while most people *think* they are against human and child trafficking, it is SUCH

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

a huge part of the pornography industry. Seriously. An enormous part of it. If you consume porn and don’t know exactly who every actor is

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

and where they’ve come from, then you have probably financially supported child and human trafficking at some point.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

-And probably financially supported it a lot more frequently than you’d like to believe, as well as increasing the demand for it.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Well, it could be said the same about religion. Maybe more since repression more than satisfaction feel would push to perversion.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Yes he has, sadly while ppl agree it has happened to him he receives little sympathy and support from hollywood to stand with him and fight

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

He has, and was called out for it on The View. Something about ruining the industry or something.

6 years ago | Likes 75 Dislikes 4

Republicans actually think he IS a child molester. Their conspiracy theories told them so.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

He's stayed close friends with Danny Masterson well after the rape allegations (now charges) came out, so I'm less than impressed.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So? He was 25 when they met and started dating.

6 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Ehh, they were both consenting adults quite far into adulthood. She also married a dude 12 years her senior when she was 18, so.

6 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

And? They weren't together then. My boyfriend and I are 9 years apart making him 9 when I was 18, but I didn't meet him till he was 22

6 years ago | Likes 543 Dislikes 0

Yeah people started going "why haven't he been in movies lately" and then it started slipping out that apparently he was busy saving lives.

6 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 0

yeah I think you hit the nail on the head there, he avoided having it turn into a huge publicity thing

6 years ago | Likes 278 Dislikes 0

I am of two minds. On one hand ya it would be a shittycthing to just make yourself look better, but on the other hand he could use his fame

6 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 2

I think that it doesn't matter why someone does it, as long as its a good deed they're doing.

6 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

I don't think he's doubting the reason, I think he's considering that Kutcher could use his high visibility position to help the cause.

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

He made a computer program to better track them down

6 years ago | Likes 101 Dislikes 0

It’s software that recognises hotel rooms to make it easier to track down where a suspected trafficking victim is in pics on dark net forums

6 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 0

Wouldnt the hotel rooms have to be in some database. Are lots of hotels doing/allowing that. Would they have to do every room thatd be

Tedious to say the last lol. Maybe in the future tho

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Hotels often have pictures of their rooms to, advertise said rooms to those who would stay in them. You make the database yourself
